The values of each test with units and reference ranges, out-of-range values highlighted, and the laboratory report as a PDF.

Invoices and payment receipts for all your orders, ready to download or send.
Quotes and requests
Request a quote by ticking the tests or with a photo of your doctor's report. Review it, change it and accept it.
Order tests
Choose your tests and the collection point and day, and pay by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay without leaving the app.
How it works
In four steps
- Install it from this page on your phone: one minute, no App Store or Google Play.
- Sign in with the email and password of your patient area (the same as on the website).
- Order or review your tests and quotes, and follow the status of each order.
- Get an email when a result arrives and check it in the app.
How to install it
No App Store or Google Play needed: the app installs from the website in a minute, takes up very little space and updates itself. Use the same email and password as your patient area. In the app, choose English under “My account”.
Android
- On your phone, open Chrome and go to web.factorinmune.com/movil/.
- Tap “Install” in the banner at the bottom, or the ⋮ menu › “Install app” (or “Add to Home screen”).
- Confirm with “Install”. The Factor Inmune icon will appear with your other apps.
- Open it and sign in with your email and password.
iPhone and iPad
- Open Safari (it must be Safari) and go to web.factorinmune.com/movil/.
- Tap the Share button in the bottom bar.
- Scroll down, choose “Add to Home Screen” and then “Add”.
- Open the app from its icon and sign in with your email and password.

Frequently asked questions
How much does it cost?
Nothing. The app is free for all Factor Inmune patients.
Why is it not in the App Store or Google Play?
It is a web app: it installs directly from our website, takes up very little space and updates itself.
Is my health data stored on my phone?
No. The app shows your data securely from our website each time you open it; only the app's design is stored on the phone. If you sign out, nobody can see your data from your phone.
Do I see the same as in my area on the website?
Yes: the same orders, results, invoices and quotes, with the same account.
Who interprets my results?
Your doctor. In the app you see the values and the laboratory report as a PDF, which is the valid document; Factor Inmune does not interpret results.
